• Computers in your network use different versions of Microsoft Windows.
  
  Usually, printer drivers are not compatible across different Windows operating systems. For example, you typically cannot install the same printer driver on both a Windows XP computer and a Windows 98 SE computer.

 

• Your computer does not already have the driver needed.

 

• Network Magic cannot automatically get the driver from one computer in your network and install it on another.
